At this point, a loss is probably what the Toronto Raptors are looking for as they head to Detroit to take on the Detroit Pistons at 7 p.m. ET.

Where to Watch

TSN and TSN 1050 will broadcast for Toronto. Bally Sports Detroit and 97.1. The Ticket will call the game for Detroit

What to Watch For

  • A loss would pull Toronto even with the Memphis Grizzlies for the sixth-worst record in the league and potentially a 46% chance to keep its top-six protected first-round pick. Detroit has been among the worst teams in the league this year, but with the way the Raptors are playing, Toronto could certainly drop this one.
  • Toronto does, however, own Detroit's second-round pick which is now slated for No. 32 with 0.5 games separating Detroit and Washington. A victory for Toronto would pull Detroit even with the Wizards for the worst record in the NBA.
  • Gradey Dick has taken on a bigger share of the offense lately and may have to find a groove without any of Toronto's traditional starters. It'll mean a little more on-ball creativity from Dick who had primarily been used as an off-ball threat earlier this season.

Injury Reports

The Raptors will be without Scottie Barnes, Jakob Poeltl, Chris Boucher, RJ Barrett, DJ Carton, and Mouhamadou Gueye. Immanuel Quickley and Gary Trent Jr. are both questionable to play.

Detroit's Ausar Thompson is listed as questionable.

Game Odds

The Raptors are -4 point favorites with an implied win probability of 64.3%. The total for the game is 233.0
