Leaked Suns Jerseys Bring Vibrant Alternative to Rotation

The Phoenix Suns' new teal jersey could be an interesting addition to an already loaded Suns jersey rotation.

Black, orange or purple are usually the colors that the Phoenix Suns roll with every game for their uniforms.

However, this upcoming season, fans could see the Suns rock a new jersey that honors the Native American communities.

Being sold in a store located near Tucson, the Suns teal jerseys are set to be a big hit within the state.

While the Suns have released many interesting jerseys in the past couple years, this one has a unique feel to it. There are only a handful of teams in the NBA that use this color. The Suns are looking to join that elite club.

In the past, Phoenix has tried to create incredibly complex designs for their jerseys but these teal/blue ones are fairly simple that really puts emphasis on its new color.

The jerseys are also awfully similar to their orange swingman jerseys that just have the Suns logo and number on the front without any letters.

If the Suns decide to wear these this year, it could be strange as the majority of fans at the Footprint Center will be wearing the Suns usual orange and purple colors.

It may be unusual but don’t forget, most teams have at least one jersey that doesn't represent their usual colors.

Another interesting thing about these leaked jerseys are the numbers on the front and back are a combination of yellow, red, white and green. This is different from any other Suns jerseys where the number is always either just white or black.

If/when officially released, it doesn't seem the Suns will be rocking these all that often. But when they do, it will sure be exciting for fans while bringing a nice change of pace from their usual threads.
