Bucks Interested in Jae Crowder, per Report

The Milwaukee Bucks are the latest team to reportedly have interest in Phoenix Suns power forward Jae Crowder.

Phoenix Suns power forward Jae Crowder now has a new potential suitor.

Crowder, who has been involved with Suns trade talks through the summer, mutually agreed upon his absence with the team as the two sides saw two clearly different roles for him moving forward.

After that news first broke, we initially heard teams such as Dallas, Boston, Miami and others to have some interest.

That was at the beginning of camp, and now nearly a full week into the season, there's been no deal for Crowder.

That was almost expected, as teams want to feel out the waters of how their team actually looks before moving forward with a deal.

However, we may have a new landing spot for Crowder according to The Athletic's Shams Charania:

"In addition to the Hawks, the Suns have recently been engaged in talks with the Bucks on a potential Jae Crowder trade, sources said. Milwaukee has registered interest in the veteran forward who has remained away from the Suns’ organization as both sides work toward a trade. Miami is also believed to be among the current suitors for Crowder, according to league sources."

Crowder is heading into the last year of his contract and would be a solid addition to any team looking to add a veteran three-and-D player.

The league's trade deadline is Feb. 9.
