The BYE week for the Browns isn’t all that quiet. Around 3 PM ET Myles Garrett posted on Twitter that a fan had punched him in the face. Yes, you read that correct, and may have been as shocked as us.

Asking for a picture and then slipping in a punch is definitely the coward way of handling things and just something you don’t do at all. This would be a way bigger story if the star defensive end reacted, even though it shouldn’t be.

The incident was reported on Euclid Avenue according to police reports, and a 24 year old man was identified. No charges have been pressed, according to Adam Ferrise of Cleveland.com.

A physical specimen like Garrett isn’t one you would have thought to be a victim of a thrown punch from an average Joe. But, when throwing a punch and hopping in a car and speeding away, you’re able to get away with it, that’s until the police catch up.

Standing six-feet-four-inches tall and 270+ pounds, the punch didn’t cause any damage, as Garrett referred to it as a “pillow tap” and was unharmed.

It’s a crazy world we live in, if Myles Garrett reacts he’s probably sued. But, since he’s a star professional football player society won’t want him to react. But, Myles is fine and will continue to chase the sack title.
