Dak Prescott Hosts Dallas Cowboys 'Salute to Service' Celebration With Charlotte Jones

FRISCO - The Dallas Cowboys continue their admirable commitment to honoring and supporting the military community. On Tuesday, November 7, the Cowboys and NFL Foundation will host the launch of new NFL Character Playbook programming at AT&T Stadium.

More than 700 North Texas high school students will be welcomed by Cowboys exec Charlotte Jones. Jones, who was recently announced as the franchise's nominee for the “Salute to Service Award,' will be joined by 2022 NFL Walter Payton Man of the Year Dak Prescott.

Also joining the conversation will be Medal of Honor recipient Retired U.S. Army Captain Florent “Flo” Groberg and National Medal of Honor Foundation President and CEO Chris Cassidy.

The education is focused on students’ decision-making and choices; focusing on the Medal of Honor values of courage, commitment and integrity.

The event will also be held virtually, so students and NFL teams across the count can join in the education initiative.

The NFL Character Playbook is in partnership with The National Medal of Honor Griffin Institute, housed at the National Medal of Honor Museum. The museum is currently under construction within walking distance from AT&T Stadium. The Museum is scheduled to open its doors in Spring of 2025.
