Cowboys ‘Big Move’ on DeAndre Hopkins Trade? Cardinals Price Rumor

The asking price for a DeAndre Hopkins trade has seemingly been revealed; could this be the "big move" that Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys want to make?

Whispers of a "big move" to be made by the Dallas Cowboys started circulating around social media as the NFL Scouting Combine was kicking off … and now Arizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins is part of the speculation.

Reports say he is willing to be "flexible" with his contract. Meanwhile, it’s rumored that the Cardinals could ask for something less than a first-founder in trade has been determined.

The Cowboys, a team needing "playmaker juice," as COO Stephen Jones said, should be interested.

Is this the "big move" that had social media in a frenzy over what the "wildcatter" Jerry Jones is planning?

Ex-Cowboys star Dez Bryant has already taken it upon himself to begin the recruitment of Hopkins, going live on Instagram with the current Cardinal, who acknowledges he had heard the whispers of Dallas wanting him.

A second-round pick and a "conditional pick or player" for a star who in a vacuum is arguably worth more?

The Cowboys have been public in their recruitment of Odell Beckham Jr., the free-agent wide receiver who has had the affection of the Cowboys dating back to late last season.

Getting Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb help at wide receiver is no secret; the Cowboys' front office has been straightforward about their desires to improve the position.

Is Hopkins the pinpointed “big move”? That’s not known. Would adding him qualify as a “big move”?

Very much so.
