Originally from Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He attended Choctawhatchee High School and was the snapper for his team. Played at the University of Central Florida. Decided to redshirt his first year. Did not see game action during redshirt freshman season. As a redshirt sophomore, he played in all thirteen games at long snapper. During his redshirt junior season, he played in all ten games. He really improved going into redshirt senior season. As a redshirt senior, he played in all thirteen games. Was a finalist for the Patrick Mannelly Award, which is given to the best long snapper in the country. Shocked many by using his extra year of eligibility and returned for the 2022 season. Had an outstanding year, starting in every game. He declared for the 2023 NFL Draft.
