'F*** The Falcons!' Saints' Jimmy Graham Takes Swipe at NFC South Rival

The Saints have continued to march right over the Falcons, this time from tight end Jimmy Graham.

New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham has taken to the defense of the Atlanta Falcons' public enemy No. 1...quarterback Jameis Winston.

This past Sunday, New Orleans blew out Atlanta in each team's regular-season finale 48-17. Still, Winston made headlines for breaking an unwritten rule in sports by running a dive play from victory formation against his head coach's wishes, tricking the defense into allowing an easy score.

Jameis Winston Saints vs. Falcons

Jameis Winston has come under scrutiny after breaking an unwritten sportsmanship rule in the New Orleans Saints blowout win over the Atlanta Falcons.

In the aftermath of defying his coach's orders and instead opting to take a team vote for whether or not they would attempt to score Jamaal Williams' first touchdown of the season, former Falcons head coach Arthur Smith verbally attacked Saints head coach Dennis Allen, referring to the team's lack of sportsmanship by running up the score as B.S.

Some in the media, such as Shannon Sharpe, responded to Winston's actions by suggesting that he should be fired for having a loser mentality by running up the score and going rogue at the end of the game.

However, Graham publicly defended Winston's decision on social media by posting a tweet that insulted and embarrassed Atlanta yet again.

"Get off (Jameis) back," Graham tweeted. "This man is the best teammate I’ve ever had. Loves this city, this game and embodies everything you can ask for in a leader. Was a rare situation and we all take responsibility. Nobody thought it would get blown out of proportion. Also f*ck the falcons."

Following Atlanta's loss, Smith was terminated by the Falcons and relieved of his head coaching duties after three straight 7-10 seasons. Now, Atlanta finds itself searching for a new coach while Graham throws salt in the Falcons' wounds.

Luckily for fans of Atlanta, it appears as though someday soon they'll be the ones laughing.

The Falcons have one of the most talented young rosters in the NFL and appear as though the only two things stopping them from overtaking the Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, which finished above them, are a competent quarterback and coaching that knows how to utilize its weapons.

Although the pain of losing Atlanta's rivalry game to New Orleans may be fresh, better days could be ahead for this promising young core.
