'Coming in Hot!' Rob Gronkowski Pegs Falcons for Bill Belichick 'Vengeance' Tour
As the Atlanta Falcons search for their new head coach, one of the hottest names on the list has been former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.
Belichick won six Super Bowls with the Patriots as their head coach, and his departure from New England made shockwaves across the NFL this offseason. One of his former players and current FOX analyst Rob Gronkowski believes, however, that Belichick's coaching days aren't over...and he has the Falcons pegged as a potential landing spot for the sideline legend.
"I was surprised and shocked, and I was not going to believe it until it happened," Gronkowski said. "Coach Belichick, thank you for everything you've done for New England, and, personally, thank you for everything you've done for myself, drafting me in the second round. Without you, I would not be here to this day.
"The press conference went exactly how i thought it was going to go with [owner Robert] Kraft and Coach Belichick. Yes, there was a lot of awkwardness between them, but it's always been like that throughout their tenure. Don't expect Coach Belichick to be done from here on out. He's coming back with vengeance, and I've been hearing on the streets that the Atlanta Falcons are coming in hot."

Could the Falcons pursue Belichick as their new head man? It's certainly possible, but they will also have to compete with other league openings over the next few weeks as the NFL coaching carousel continues to evolve.
