Members of the Green Bay Packers have started to address questions regarding the Lions ahead of their pivotal Week 6 matchup on Monday Night Football.

Packers safety Adrian Amos spoke earlier this week about the team's defense, and also fielded questions regarding Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford.

Amos paid compliments to Stafford about his passing abilities.

Amos noted, "He is a great quarterback. He can make all the throws. He has a big arm. Playing them over the years, he is one of the top guys in the league. You can't make it easy on them quarterbacks. Hopefully, we can get some pressure on them."

When asked about Stafford's greatest asset, Amos praised Stafford for his athletic ability.

"He is more athletic than people think," Amos said. "I know over the years, he had a lot of scrambles for first downs. You never like to see those in the back-end when you are playing good coverage. He can get out of the pocket, run for the first down and it is a new set of downs for the offense."

The Packer's defense is proving to be very opportunistic to start the season, having recorded seven interceptions in their first five games. They also have 11 total takeaways.

The NFC North has become the division of great defenses.

“I can’t remember a time where they (the defenses) have been quite like this," Lions offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell said. "I mean, there's marquee names in a lot of spots on a lot of different teams here. So, it’s a strong division that way."
