GREEN BAY, Wis. – With a Monday night clash against the Las Vegas Raiders looming, the Green Bay Packers returned to practice on Thursday with an injury report similar to Tuesday.

Four players did not practice, including three starters:

- Safety Rudy Ford missed a second consecutive day with an oblique injury. He’s second on the team in defensive snaps – including all 75 on Thursday night against the Lions – third in tackles (26) and second in passes defensed (three).

Coach Matt LaFleur is hopeful Ford will be able to practice on Friday. If Ford can’t play on Monday, the Packers probably would turn to veteran Jonathan Owens as the pairing alongside Darnell Savage.

- Linebacker De’Vondre Campbell suffered an ankle injury after 11 snaps in Week 3 against the Saints and was inactive against the Lions. LaFleur was must less optimistic about Campbell's availability for Monday; at Denver following the bye might be more realistic.

“We’d love that,” LaFleur said. “We’ll kind of see where he’s at. He’s moving around a lot better, though. We’ll just take it one day at a time like we always do.”

- Right guard Jon Runyan suffered an ankle injury early in the game against Detroit. Runyan, who has played all 246 regular-season snaps this season, also missed practice on Tuesday with what he called “a really bad sprain.”

The only other player to not practice was safety Zayne Anderson (hamstring).

On the bright side:

- Cornerback Jaire Alexander, with a huge matchup on the horizon against Raiders star Davante Adams, practiced for a second consecutive day. He took his full complement of individual reps during the media viewing portion of practice. Alexander missed the last two games with a back injury.

- Tight end Luke Musgrave, who missed most of the Detroit game with a concussion sustained on his one and only catch, practiced for a second consecutive day. He is through the concussion protocol so should be good to go for Monday night.

- Left guard Elgton Jenkins, who suffered a sprained MCL during the second quarter of the Week 2 loss at Atlanta, practiced for a second consecutive day. On Tuesday, he was cautiously optimistic that he’d be available to face the Raiders.

- Receiver Christian Watson, who made his season debut against the Lions, and running back Aaron Jones, who had missed the previous two games before returning against Detroit, practiced again following their hamstring injuries. They should be ready for much higher snap counts against the Raiders.

Speaking to reporters in Las Vegas, Raiders coach Josh McDaniels said quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, who was inactive last week with a concussion, would return to practice. Adams would not as he battles through a shoulder injury.

"Doing better. He won't be out there today, but he is doing better," McDaniels said. "I'm not going to make any big prognostications in terms of that, but doing great, working at it and doing everything he can to get himself to where he wants to be. Won't be out there today, though."
