Jakobi Meyers Signing with ‘Patriots West’ - Jimmy Garoppolo’s Las Vegas Raiders
Since joining the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent in 2019, receiver Jakobi Meyers has been a consistent weapon for whoever lines up at quarterback.
Now, though, Meyers as an unrestricted free agent is lining up with … the “Patriots West.”
Meyers was New England's leading receiver, recording 804 receiving yards and six touchdowns on 67 receptions. He also led the team in targets with 97, ahead of running back Rhamondre Stevenson who came in second with 88.
What did the Patriots offer Meyers? Not as much as the Raiders did, obviously … so he will now work with their new QB Jimmy Garoppolo and their coach Josh McDaniels … both of course working in Las Vegas with the Patriots on their resumes.
