Report: Patriots Work out Nick Folk, 4 Other Specialists
New England continues to try and find other options in the kicking game.
The New England Patriots continued to their search for another specialist on Tuesday. The organization worked out Nick Folk, Greg Joesph, Austin MacGinnis, Austin Rehkow and Giorgio Tavecchio, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
With Stephen Gostkowski on IR, the Patriots have put their kicking game in the hands of veteran Mike Nugent, who has made 8-of-9 PATs and 2-of-3 field goals in two games.
New England released Younghoe Koo from their practice squad this week, so they may opt to replace him with another specialist.
