49ers hit the goldmine
San Fransisco beats Los Angeles 20-7
The 49ers defense showed up to play and the Rams offense did not.
The Rams finish with 157 yards, zero third down conversions and fail to capitalize on any turnovers at the Coliseum.
The Rams opened strong, establishing a run game they lacked in past weeks. But then the run stopped, as did any forward progress on offense.
It was mostly a battle of the defenses today, but San Fransisco's looked better.
The 49ers offense had struggles of their own... but also had double the amount of first downs. They were able to capitalize and convert in crucial moments, where the Rams failed.
The niners head back to San Fransisco with their spoils and an undefeated record.
