We're now a full season from the 2023 NFL Draft, and it's pretty easy to see which teams might go a different direction if they had things to do all over again.

Not every team, mind you, as there are a few teams that were happy with their first-round selection(s).

What about the Baltimore Ravens?

USA Today DraftWire reselected the first round based on original draft positions - meaning the Houston Texans no longer have the No. 2 and No. 3 picks - but that doesn't affect the Ravens at No. 22, where they still select wideout Zay Flowers from Boston College.

"One team that gets to repeat last year’s pick are the Ravens with the playmaking Zay Flowers at wide receiver," DraftWire wrote.

Flowers was an integral part of the Ravens' offense during his rookie campaign, posting 858 yards on 77 catches and five touchdowns. He and newly re-signed quarterback Lamar Jackson seemingly created instant chemistry as Flowers caught nine balls on 10 targets for 78 yards in their first game together.

But it's no surprise that at No. 1, the Carolina Panthers correct what some consider one of the biggest draft blunders in recent memory, and select Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud rather than Alabama's Bryce Young.

Interestingly, Young doesn't appear anywhere in this first-round re-draft, indicating DraftWire - along with many others including RavenCountry.com - doesn't think Young was a first-round talent after all, much less worthy of the first overall pick.

But the fact that Flowers is still the Ravens' selection in this re-draft means that Baltimore general manager Eric DeCosta made the best pick for his team last April, and that give a ton of confidence leading into this year's draft.
