Ravens QB Lamar Jackson Flirting with Carolina Panthers on Social Media?

A recently liked tweet by Lamar Jackson has many speculating if he likes the idea of signing with the Carolina Panthers.

Where will Lamar Jackson play football next season? All options seem to be on the table, as he has yet to sign a new contract with the Baltimore Ravens, leading many to believe he will be franchise tagged.

But that has not stopped a social media frenzy over a tweet the current Ravens quarterback liked. Jackson liked a tweet of him and former Ravens offensive linemen Bradley Bozeman.

After spending three seasons in Baltimore as the starting center, Bozeman is now a member of the Carolina Panthers. The tweet from the Panthers' blog drew a reply from Bozeman's wife, Nikki.

"[Jackson] will always be one of our favorites," Nikki said. "One of the best guys you will meet in this league! Also, your nephew says hi!"

There are a couple of scenarios where Jackson could join the Panthers this offseason, one of which is a trade. This would mean the Ravens go the predicted route of placing an exclusive franchise tag on the former Louisville product; before trading him to Carolina.

While the other option would still be using a franchise tag, but they opt for the non-exclusive tag, which would allow Jackson to negotiate with other teams like the Panthers. But, of course, if Jackson gets an offer elsewhere, it would then be up to the Ravens whether they'd match it.
