NFLPA Report Card: Ravens Rise Two Spots From Last Season
The NFL Players Association report card is in from last season, and the Baltimore Ravens fared better than last season, finishing in the top half of the league.
Baltimore ranked 15th in 2023, a two-spot improvement from last season when it finished 17th. The Ravens were fourth in ownership and got an A for that category.

"The players think very highly of club owner Steve Biscotti and believe he is very willing to make the necessary changes and investments in their facility," the NFLPA writes.
Head coach John Harbaugh was graded as a B+, 20th in the league. Scott Elliot, who just finished his first season as the strength & conditioning coordinator, also drew rave reviews. The Ravens' strength coaches received a B, 23rd in the league.
"The Baltimore Ravens rank in the middle of the pack in this year’s survey," the NFLPA writes. "Coming out of last year, the biggest positive change for the players was the hiring of a new head strength coach, who received solid marks this season."
There was one area of concern for the Ravens, which was their training room. The training room received the second-worst grade for Baltimore with a C+.
"The biggest issue raised by player respondents this year centers around quality of care in the training room," the NFLPA writes. "Players feel that they don’t have enough access to one-on-one treatment time to prepare and recover. There is a consistent request for more physical therapists, more modalities and better-quality equipment."
