Despite being eliminated just two weeks prior, the Baltimore Ravens' star-studded defense had nothing left to do except give the now two-time defending champions credit for another comeback win in the Super Bowl.

The Baltimore Ravens aren't over their 17-10 AFC Championship loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

That doesn't mean they won't tip their flowers to the organization, though.

After securing their second straight Super Bowl championship, and third in five years, Kansas City partied into the night Sunday and left other NFL players hoping that they could one day be in that situation. Patrick Queen, Pro Bowl linebacker for the Ravens was no exception.

"Hate that the Chiefs won but you gotta respect Mahomes bruh boy got it," Queen said in a tweet immediately following the game.

The former first-round pick recorded a career-high 133 tackles with 3.5 sacks on the season for Baltimore. He is a free agent this offseason and will expect to be the top linebacker on the open market.

It wasn't just Queen giving flowers to the team that beat them, though, Following their win, Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones credited the Ravens as "the best team in the NFL this year" despite beating them in the conference title.

Baltimore led the league in wins during the regular season (13), and the league MVP (Lamar Jackson), and their defense set an NFL record for being the first unit in history to lead the league in points allowed, takeaways, and sacks.

Despite their success in the regular season, and some in the playoffs, the Ravens, like 31 other organizations have been left looking up to Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid, and the rest of the Chiefs for another season.

At this point, at least the organization knows to give them credit going into 2024.
