Baltimore Ravens' Zay Flowers Reacts to First NFL Touchdown - 'That is Too Lit!'

It took six weeks, but Baltimore Ravens rookie Zay Flowers scored his first NFL touchdown against the Tennessee Titans in London, and the receiver was ecstatic.

The Baltimore Ravens beat the Tennessee Titans 24-16 in London, rebounding from their loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers last week.

But while the win was nice, it will now be extra special for rookie receiver Zay Flowers, as the former Boston College star who finally scored his first NFL touchdown.

It has been a long time coming for Flowers, and while his play so far this season has been good, it was missing that all-important touchdown. Well, now he has it.

But what does he think of it? "In London though, that's the best part," Flowers said via the team's official website. "That is too lit." Lit indeed.

The Ravens were in the red zone in the second quarter, leading 9-3. Facing a 2nd and 7, Lamar Jackson was forced to scramble before he hit Flowers for a 10-yard touchdown to extend the Ravens lead.

The rookie revealed the connection between him and Jackson was pivotal in his touchdown catch.

"Me and Lamar have been connecting the whole year on scramble drills," Flowers said. "I just cut back, and he just gave it to me, and I ran in."

Flowers again had himself a good day, as he hauled in six catches for 50 yards and his touchdown, as there was no case of the drops this week from Baltimore's receiving unit.

Baltimore's offense seemed to click a bit more this week as Monken's unit finished with 360 yards of total offense, which is their third-highest total of the season. They also converted eight of 16 third downs while having a whopping 24 more plays than the Titans.

The win moves the Ravens to 4-2 on the season after their enjoyable London experience, but it might be remembered as the first time Flowers hit paydirt in his NFL career.
