If you are a Baltimore Ravens fan, you likely sort of find yourself on Cris Collinsworth's side here as it regards the breathtaking talents of Lamar Jackson.
Jackson is very much in contention to win his second NFL MVP trophy for the way he has led the Ravens, most recently punctuated by a Week 15 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars that increases the possibility that 11-3 Baltimore is the frontrunner in the AFC - with the first-round playoff bye that goes with that.
And yet ... Collinsworth - undeniably one of the best analysts in the game, and after all these years still enthusiastic enough about his job to not sleepwalk through games - may have gone a bit overboard in his NBC Sports color commentator role on "Sunday Night Football.''
