Seahawks WATCH: Jaxon Smith-Njigba vs. Devon Witherspoon at Minicamp - Who Wins?

The Seattle Seahawks' mandatory minicamp session on Wednesday gave fans a memorable highlight of rookie receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba and rookie cornerback Devon Witherspoon to hold on to before the training camp festivities begin later this summer.

The Seattle Seahawks will wrap up their final day of mandatory minicamp on Thursday, as the team gets set to endure the final hiatus of the offseason.

But luckily before the long break, Wednesday's session gave fans a memorable highlight of rookie receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba and rookie cornerback Devon Witherspoon to hold on to before the preseason festivities begin later this August.

Seattle's two first-round picks matched up against one on offense, as all eyes were drawn over to their side. But it was Smith-Njigba who came away victorious in what is likely one of the first of many 1-on-1 battles in practice between the two.

He curled around the numbers for a wheel route after breaking off at the line of scrimmage, beating Witherspoon down the field before snagging a beautiful pass from Geno Smith.

The clip might cause some controversial feelings for the 12s.

On one hand, "Wow! Smith-Njigba just blew past the No. 5 overall pick for the touchdown at practice!"

On the other ... "Uh oh. Our top pick in the draft just got beat bad in coverage at practice. What could this mean come game time?"

But at the end of the day, these are two talented first-round players, meaning highlights are bound to happen. If anything, it's some good early practice for Witherspoon, as he'll have to go up against some elite offensive players in the NFC West next season.
