Richard Sherman & Skip Bayless?! Seahawks Ex Joining 'Undisputed' Rumor

Fox Sports seems to have sights set on former Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman as a candidate to join Skip Bayless on "Undisputed."

Former Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman talked smack to nearly everyone that crossed his path during his All-Pro playing career.

Fox Sports' "Undisputed" host Skip Bayless is no exception, dating back to his time with ESPN's "First Take." But the two might soon have to put their past and differences aside in order to form the next talk show duo.

Per reports from The New York Post, Sherman has emerged as a candidate to become Bayless' co-host on "Undisputed" to replace Shannon Sharpe. The former Super Bowl-winning tight end left the show in June after seven years following a reported rift with Bayless.

It's unknown as of now if Sherman is interested in the role, but Fox Sports seems to have sights set on him. The show remains in a hiatus following Sharpe's departure but is scheduled to start back up on Monday, Aug. 28, per reports.

Given his experience in media as an analyst on Amazon Prime's Thursday Night Football, his successful podcast and his outspoken personality, Sherman actually seems like a nice fit alongside Bayless when considering that ratings and clicks are the main goal of "Undisputed." Sherman is also easily recognizable by NFL fans, and has the insight required to balance out Bayless.

Time will tell if Sherman responds to the legitimacy of these rumors and if he's interested in joining Bayless.
