Steelers Add Another Injury Ahead of Texans Game

The Pittsburgh Steelers rookie tight end is dealing with an injury.

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers are dealing with another injury as they move closer to their Week 4 game against the Houston Texans. Ending their second day of practice, rookie tight end Darnell Washington was added to the injury report with a knee issue that kept him off the field.

Washington, punter Pressley Harvin (hamstring) and offensive lineman James Daniels (groin) missed day two of practice for the Steelers. Daniels has yet to practice this week, and will need to get some work in before the end of the week if there's going to be optimism he plays.

The Steelers signed punter Brad Wing to their practice squad, and with the hamstring injury keeping Harvin off the field this week, it's likely Wing suits up against the Texans.

As for the positives, defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi (foot) and wide receiver Allen Robinson (ankle) were both limited after missing yesterday.

Meanwhile, offensive tackle Chuks Okorafor (elbow), safety Miles Killebrew (knee) and tight end Connor Heyward (ankle) all returned as full participants after being limited or missing day one.
