Free Agents Steelers Will Let Walk Into Open Market

The Pittsburgh Steelers will let these players test the free agency market.

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers have a number of players they'll have to negotiate with this offseason, but which ones are on the top of their priority list?

With names like Cam Sutton and Terrell Edmunds expected to return, could the Steelers jump the gun and hand out contracts before the free agency period? And for those that they do let hit the open market, how long will they be willing to wait before risking losing that player?

The big names to think about are Sutton, Edmunds, Damontae Kazee and Larry Ogunjobi. Each one carries different stories and will have different market values at different times.

The Steelers' plan of attack will be significant on how their offseason turns out and how their team looks in 2023.

Plus, a new defensive coaching hire that brings zero excitement, but with it, a door opens for an even better staffing addition.
