Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson has two rushing touchdowns, as they lead the Houston Texans 28-10 at halftime at NRG Stadium Sunday.

The Colts led a 10-play, 75-yard drive to open the game with Richardson's incompletion on the second snap as the only non-positive gained yardage. Richardson capped it off with an 18-yard quarterback draw to give the Colts a 7-0 lead.

After a strip sack of Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud was recovered by Indianapolis, Richardson faked an end around to wide receiver Josh Downs and scampered around the right side of the offensive line for a 15-yard touchdown to extend its lead to 14-0.

However, on the touchdown scamper, Richardson was knocked out of bounds by Houston safety M.J. Stewart as his head snapped backward and into the turf. He was evaluated for a concussion but was deemed unable to return, as quarterback Gardner Minshew will play the rest of the game for the Colts.

Richardson completed six of his 10 passes for 56 yards, racking up 35 rushing yards and two scores.

Stroud responded and connected with wide receiver Nico Collins three times for 60 yards and his first career pass on an 8-yard pitch-and-catch. Three plays after running back Dare Ogunbowale picked up a fourth-and-1 on a 2-yard plunge, Stroud lofted the pass to Collins where only he could get it cutting into the lead 14-7.

Stroud has had limited time to throw, getting sacked twice with Laremy Tunsil out Sunday, but he has still delivered strikes on separate 19-, 24- and 28-yard completions.

Stroud is 8-of-15 for 110 yards and one touchdown.
