INDIANAPOLIS - On Tuesday, Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel gave an update on linebacker Harold Landry, who looks to return from a torn ACL injury he suffered just before the start of the 2022 season.

According to Vrabel, Landry is progressing well, but there doesn't appear to be a specific timeline on when he'll be ready to go fully.

"Well, I'm never gonna give you a timeline, a prognosis," Vrabel said. "I know he's working his tail off. He looks great from a physical standpoint."

Vrabel says that so long as Landry continues down the path he's on, things should continue to progress positively.

"As long as he continues down that path, I think things will be positive for him and whenever they say it's time to go," Vrabel said.

Vrabel again reiterated that Landry looks good and mentioned the positive attitude he's had throughout the process.

"He looks good, his attitude's good," Vrabel said. "I know he was frustrated when it happened, but I think the realization is that players can come back from this injury and be really, really good."

Landry signed a five-year, $87.5 million contract extension in March of last year after having a breakout season in which he lead the Titans in 2021 with 12.5.

Landry is such a crucial piece to Tennessee's defense, especially when it comes to disrupting the quarterback. So having him fully healthy would provide a huge boost for the Titans' defense.

Ultimately, the Titans don't want to put a timeline on Landry's return, but based on Vrabel's comments, it sounds as if the Pro Bowl pass rusher is on track to potentially be ready to go for the start of the 2023 season.
