Caitlin Clark has a ton of fans who watch her every week with the Indiana Fever. There's no question that she's helped take the WNBA to a new level of interest, along with other superstars like Angel Reese and Sophie Cunningham, and continues to make waves in the league.

Along the way, Clark has not only kept the fans she had while playing college basketball but has also added new ones. They're of all ages, but it makes sense that a lot of her fans are little girls who look up to Clark and the other WNBA athletes and want to also be a pro basketball player one day.

On Sunday, one of Clark's little fans met the basketball star during the Fever vs. Chicago Sky game, and the girl had quite the reaction.

Caitlin Clark Fan Breaks Down in Tears After Meeting Her at Fever Game

Amid the game, the Fever took to social media to share a photo of Clark meeting some of her fans who are young girls. One girl grabbed the attention of the camera with her reaction.

This little girl was breaking down in tears, but they were happy tears. She looked super excited to meet Clark and couldn't help but break down and start crying.

Clark is seen signing something for the girl, which made her extra happy.

Followers took to social media to respond. One response has gotten nearly 500 likes because it's hilarious but true. The comment on Instagram said, "I am over 40 and that was my reaction when she signed my jersey," with a laughing face emoji.

Followers Praise Clark's Impact on Girl in Sports

Clark is inspiring a whole new set of young sports fans.

"Caitlin Clark probably doesn't even realize how big her impact is," another follower said on the post. "She's creating more Caitlins. These young girls look at her and see someone they want to be. "I have never seen fan respond with love and admiration for any past WNBA player like CC," another stated. "Michael Jackson in the music world."

"I don't think any other athlete has made such an impact with young girls. CC is an absolute phenom. But she's also incredibly gracious and a hell of a role model," one more said.

"CC you are an inspiration to all, especially to the young people! Thank you for taking the time to sign autographs," another said.
