In a memorable clash of two different sporting arenas, the Monaco Grand Prix last weekend witnessed a collision of Formula 1 legend Lewis Hamilton and soccer sensation Neymar Jr. With its alluring glamour and high-octane racing, F1 has been attracting notable personalities from different walks of life. No exception to this trend, Paris Saint-Germain's star player found himself amidst this thrilling event.

With all eyes on the grid, the seven-time F1 champion unknowingly stole the limelight, and it was at the expense of the 31-year-old player.

For Neymar, an outspoken supporter of the Mercedes driver, the encounter may have come as a surprise. Race day, inherently fraught with tension and adrenaline, had Hamilton in its unyielding grasp as he centred himself ahead of what turned out to be a chaotic race.

As Neymar strutted down the pitlane for an interview, Hamilton was perhaps too engrossed in his preparations, apparently giving Neymar the cold shoulder. This unintentional snub unfolded in front of a global audience tuned in to watch the race.

Seemingly aware of his misstep, Hamilton was quick to address the situation on his Instagram story. He reposted a video capturing the incident with the caption, "My bad bro." This move, however, prompted a swift response from Neymar who simply retaliated with a cheeky, "F*** u," on his own Instagram story.

An innocent moment between two great friends.
