Team principal Christian Horner spoke about the car saying that the RB19 "draws on the strengths of the RB18" which was the teams most successful car. He explained that there has been "some subtle aerodynamic changes" and "harnessing and optimising" those has been a little difficult for the team.
The launch was the first time drivers' Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez saw the highly-anticipated RB19, and even the two-time champion Verstappen commented on the fact the team have not changed the livery in many years.
The RB19 continues to have the deep blue base with the yellow and red accents. The yellow nose has the same livery design as the RB18 with the two Red Bull logo's on either side. Similar to the Red Bull graphics on the front wing. We could go through the whole livery, however, it is almost identical to the 2022 car.
The next important F1 date to be aware of is Monday 6 February for the launch of the Williams 2023 car.
