Sergio Perez has won the Azerbaijan Grand Prix race after a race that left much to be desired in regards to excitement.

Joining Perez on the podium are Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc who crossed the line in second and third, respectively.

Charles Leclerc started in pole position followed by Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez, but the Red Bull drivers were able to quickly dispatch the Scuderia car, and with a bit of a safety car mixup for Verstappen, the Mexican driver was able to win at the Baku track twice, a first for Azerbaijan.

Nyck de Vries was out on the tenth lap of the race after colliding with the race wall at Turn 6, causing the first safety car of the session, and Alfa Romeo's Zhou Guanyu was pulled out without a hint of why.
