Sergio Perez has won the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix ahead of Max Verstappen and Fernando Alonso who will be joining the [x] driver on the podium.

Perez started in pole position under the lights in Jeddah with Fernando Alonso beside him in second. Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc had more work on their hands starting in fifteenth and twelfth, respectively.

Lance Stroll, unfortunately, had to retire from the race on Lap 19 causing a safety car which brought on some incredible on-track battles. Shortly after racing got going again, Alex Albon was also forced to retire in his Williams. Luckily, he was able to get back to the pitstop to avoid causing a safety car.

UPDATE

Due to the Aston Martin of Fernando Alonso being touched by an engineer before his 5-second penalty was up, he has lost his P3 podium to Mercedes' George Russell.
