Tyreek Hill Landing Spots: He Could Return To Fantasy Relevancy With A Former MVP, Champion, Or Top Draft Pick

After injuring his knee last season and being released by the Miami Dolphins, wide receiver Tyreek Hill is yet to be cleared to play football again, let alone found a new home in the NFL.

He is not expected to sign with a new team before the start of the season, but there is a real chance that he could return at some point this season. At 32 years old, coming off an injury like a knee dislocation with multiple torn ligaments, no one knows if he'll ever be the same again.

Nevertheless, he's sure to find himself on plenty of fantasy football rosters once he does sign somewhere thanks to his massive upside. These are his three most likely landing spots.

Tyreek Hill Landing Spots

Kansas City Chiefs

Hill has been linked to Kansas City, where his career started. Since moving on from Hill, the team has never quite been able to replace what he brought to their offense despite still having plenty of team success.

If he returns and is anywhere close to where he was before the injury, even entering his mid-30s, he should be a better option than a player like Xavier Worthy. However, that is a big if, and we don't know if his return will even come this season.

Las Vegas Raiders

The Raiders are in desperate need of wide receiver help, and Hills seems like he'd fit in perfectly with that franchise in Las Vegas. Not only could he be an immediate upgrade to a bad WR corps on the field, but his veteran presence could also help a young quarterback like Fernando Mendoza acclimate himself to the league.

Even if the speed and athleticism aren't what they were before the injury, he is still an outstanding wide receiver who runs great routes and plays strong in traffic. Because of his blazing speed throughout his career, many of his other impressive attributes have gone overlooked or underrated.

Baltimore Ravens

No franchise loves to take chances on once-great wide receivers past their prime for one last run. They have had a ton of success doing this with stars like Anquan Boldin and Steve Smith, and significantly less success with wideouts like Dez Bryant and DeAndre Hopkins. Either way, they love trying to make it work.

This version of Hill obviously isn't what fantasy owners might have envisioned, but the combination of Hill and Lamar Jackson has been rumored dating back to prior to last season as a potential trade destination. If somehow he could get back close to what he once was, it would be one of the most dynamic QB/WR combos to ever exist.
