As a former competitive swimmer, Katie understands the importance of staying active. Her love for living a healthy lifestyle translates to her professional life, where she works as an editor specializing in sleep, health and fitness content. Outside of work her passion for wellness continues in the gym, where you can find her lifting weights and doing yoga. She is currently working towards her personal trainer’s certification so she can continue to share her love of fitness—and proper form—with others.
