Bloom says its super greens can help support gut health, aid digestion and boost energy. The company also says that because of the digestive enzymes and dairy-free probiotics used in the formulation, it can help decrease bloating. “Digestion,” “bloating” and “energy” are specifically called out on the greens powder label. The Bloom Greens are also labeled gluten-free and dairy-free.

Quality of Ingredients

Instead, ingredients are grouped together under names like “Fiber Blend” and “Green Superfood Blend,” and there’s a total amount for the blend. However, according to Amodol, most of these benefits are based on individual research studies per ingredient, and Bloom powder contains less than the effective amounts shown in the research studies per serving.
