Sunderland v Rotherham: Team news and predicted line up

Sunderland host Rotherham United in the Championship tomorrow.
Sunderland return to the Stadium of Light tomorrow afternoon, where they welcome Rotherham United.
The Black Cats sit in 21st place of the table and the Millers in 20th, with Tony Mowbray's side having started the season poorly.
They've lost their two opening league fixtures by 2-1 scorelines; against Ipswich Town and then Preston North End, whilst Rotherham have taken a point from their opening two after drawing with Blackburn last time out.
Sunderland team news
Youngster Chris Rigg will miss this one after suffering a concussion in an U21 fixture recently.
But Lynden Gooch could make his return to action, with Mowbray saying the American had recently returned to training after a brief spell sidelined.
Elsewhere, Mowbray also said that Jenson Seelt and Elliot Embleton have returned to light training.
The likes of Corry Evans, Ross Stewart, and Eliezer Mayenda remain sidelined.
Predicted line up
Patterson (GK)
Cirkin
Batth
Ballard
O'Nien
Ekwah
Neil
Clarke
Dack
Roberts
Hemir
Sunderland have missed Danny Batth so far this season. Whether he's in the club's future plans or not, he's been a miss, and Mowbray might yet be forced to bring him back into the XI to prevent sloppy defensive mistakes.
Elsewhere, Sunderland played without a striker against Preston, and it showed. We could see Bradley Dack drop down into a more familiar no.10 role and Luis Hemir return to the starting XI up top.
It's another tough outing for the Black Cats with Rotherham often proving they can pull off a scalp. But it's a very winnable game at the same time, so expect a close-fought encounter tomorrow.
Kick off is at 3pm.
