It is Wednesday so that means the newest edition of 'The Payoff Pitch' podcast is out!

Every week, Brady Farkas from the Fastball on FanNation team brings you the latest in the week that was in baseball.

In this week's episode:

--He talks about the idea of super agent Scott Boras. Boras told the 'Baseball Isn't Boring' podcast that he wants to see baseball expand the rosters to 27-28 players. He is worried about pitcher's health and says the pitch clock is contributing to injuries.

Brady discusses that idea, why Boras also wants rosters expanded and why he thinks the idea is unnecessary.

--He went to the Baseball Hall of Fame Classic in Cooperstown this past weekend and caught up with several former big leaguers. You here snippets of his conversations with World Series champions Josh Reddick and Pokey Reese, as well as his talk with Ryan Lavarnway, Brendan Ryan, Matt Thornton and Brian Fuentes.

He also describes the magic of Cooperstown.

--Finally, Brady discusses the Houston Astros' mocking of the Oakland Athletics on Twitter over the weekend. Was it really necessary? Are people being soft and overreacting?

He gives you his opinion on that story and much more on this week's episode!

Remember that last week's episode featured a great conversation with Gary Sheffield Jr., the son of possible Baseball Hall of Famer Gary Sheffield.

You can listen to that episode HERE and listen to the current episode in the player below:

We hope you had a great Memorial Day weekend!
