NFL Free Agent HUB Profile: Jake Sines, OL

HUB CAMP NFL Free Agent report for Jake Sines.

School: Lake Erie | Position: OL | Height: 6056 | Weight: 324 | Hand: 0978 | Arm: 3228 Wing: 7748 | Hometown: San Diego, CA

Evaluation:

A tall, agile mauler, Sines moves very quick for his size and owns adequate bend. He can climb the second level effectively and possesses the ability to get down the line in a jiffy when pull blocking. Sines demonstrated impressive high knees and moved through bag drills in a fluid manner north-to-south. However, there is room to improve some of his lateral flexibility. He won the majority of his one-on-one reps but will need to find more consistency in his hand placement, in order to prevent defenders from getting into his chest area. The Cali native improved vastly by the end of the HUB Football CAMP (Wore #59/April 2023), working under the guidance of OL coach Lance Zeno. Sines would do well in a developmental league where he can see increased reps and allow him to fine-tune some of his technique. Overall, he has the size and athleticism to fit any scheme.

Background:

Finished collegiate career at Lake Erie College. Previously played at Grossmont CC; received his associates degree in science and quantitative reasoning. Son of Lisa and Tim Sines; born on January 26, 1999.
