Showtime has aired Holyfield’s cruiserweight career as well as Holyfield vs. Michael Dokes and Holyfield vs. Buster Douglas in January.

Showtime will air two fights between Evander Holyfield and Mike Tyson on Thursday night, including the fight where Tyson bites Holyfield's ear.

The Bite Fight was the second of two bouts between Holyfield and Tyson on June 28, 1997 for the WBA Heavyweight Championship. Tyson was disqualified from the match for biting off part of Holyfield's ear. He also lost his boxing license before later being reinstated.

“I never in my life would have ever thought about somebody biting my ear,” Holyfield said after the fight.

Showtime will also air interviews and reflections from Holyfield.

The network is celebrating the Showtime Championship Boxing network's 30th anniversary. January is dedicated to Holyfield, and the network has aired matches from Holyfield’s cruiserweight career as well bouts against Michael Dotes and Buster Douglas.

The Holyfield vs. Tyson fights will air Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Showtime Extreme.
