Hugh Freeze, known for his ability to recruit high-end talent, currently has Auburn's 2024 and 2025 classes in great positions.

As of December 22nd, the Tigers' 2024 class is ranked No. 7 nationally. Auburn hasn't had a class eclipse that ranking since the 2014 cycle. There are five-stars, elite receivers, speedy linebackers, a four-star quarterback, and a pair of physically imposing offensive lineman to boot.

It is a great recruiting class on paper. However, Freeze may be about to one-up himself with his 2025 cycle.

Antonio Coleman, the No. 1 defensive lineman in the state of Alabama in 2025, has just flipped his commitment from the Alabama Crimson Tide and is now committed to Auburn, per On3.

Auburn's 2025 class - which was already ranked top five nationally - now has eight commitments. Coleman is the second-highest rated commit behind Malik Autry or Kendarius Riddick depending on which site you look at.

The Tigers' 2025 class includes:

Four-star DL Malik Autry

Four-star DL Antonio Coleman

Four-star ATH Kendarius Riddick

Four-star EDGE Jakaleb Faulk

Four-star DL Jourdin Crawford

Three-star IOL Kalen Edwards

Three-star TE Ryan Ghea

Three-star OT Spencer Dowland

Now that recruiting services have updated to include Coleman, Auburn's 2025 class is now No. 3 in the nation. Notre Dame and Alabama are the only two schools above the Tigers.

Hugh Freeze and his staff are working wonders on the recruiting trail.
