Auburn football makes top five for No. 1 2025 APB Anthony Rogers

The Tigers have made the final five for IMG Academy standout Anthony Rogers.

Auburn is in contention for one of the best running backs in the nation.

Anthony Rogers, a four-star running back out of IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, has included the Tigers in his top five schools, per Rivals. Alabama, Florida, Oregon and Georgia also made the cut.

Rogers is the No. 1 running back and the No. 8 overall player in the 2025 recruiting cycle according to 247Sports. At 5-foot-8, 185 pounds, Rogers is an explosive back who also competes in track.

As a sophomore, Rogers ran for 1,626 yards and 22 touchdowns (147.8 yards per game). He also caught eight passes for 219 yards and two touchdowns. Rogers also averaged 35.3 yards on kick returns.

Auburn currently only has one commitment in the 2025 class - four-star defensive lineman Malik Autry.

Rogers was previously at Pike Road Academy and transferred to IMG prior to the start of his junior season.
