Top Auburn Recruiting Target Is Visiting Two Florida Programs

Auburn leads now, but will the Tigers hold off other programs?

Thus far for the 2025 recruiting cycle, the Auburn Tigers are making the right moves.

That does not mean the Auburn recruiting efforts will be seamless and not be challenged. According to 247's Anna Adams, the Florida Gators are going to host offensive tackle recruit Tavaris Dice for an official visit on June 14.

Dice is a common unofficial visitor to the Plains but does not yet have his official visit locked in with the Tigers. He is also planning an unofficial visit to Florida State.

Overall, this is the norm with big-time recruiting. Auburn is the team to beat until proven otherwise. The key will be getting Dice back for another unofficial and official visits. It's about volume and face time to win the recruiting wars.

Auburn offensive line coach Jake Thornton also has playing time to sell to Dice. The Tigers need to have a great offensive line haul for this to be a top recruiting class, something discussed earlier today at Auburn Daily.

There's a long way to go for Dice's recruitment and the next few weeks will likely be telling as he continues to set unofficial and official visits.
