Baylor Football 2022 Offensive Depth Chart Projection

The Bears offense will be more wide open in 2022

The Baylor Bears offense had some serious turnover this spring, with quarterback Gerry Bohanon hitting the NCAA Transfer Portal in favor of the South Florida Bulls, and running back Abram Smith taking his talent to the NFL.

As it stands, in fact, the Bears will have just four returning starters on the offensive side of the ball this fall - three of which come along the offensive line.

Luckily for the Bears, an abundance of talent remains on the roster. Not to mention the talent in the incoming recruiting class.

With that said, breaking in a new group of wideouts, and relying on a quarterback that only has a handful of starts under his belt, is a bit concerning. 

However, the Bears will still have enough talent to help them defend their 2021 Big 12 title and perhaps even repeat as champions.
