BC Lands Transfer Kicker Aaron Boumerhi

Boston College lost their starting kicker Colton Lichtenberg last year and there was lots of questions on who will be the starting going into this season. Today, the kickers room got a little bigger as Temple transfer Aaron Boumerhi has transferred to the Eagles.
Boumerhi should add a veteran presence to an otherwise young kicker pool of talent. In 2016 he went 15/17 on field goals while going 29/30 on extra points, in 2017 he 15/23 on field goals, while hitting 28 of 30 on extra points. 2018 he saw limited playing time before a hip injury ended his year for the Owls.
With two years of eligibility, Bouhermi will be available immediately for the Eagles. He will most likely be battling Danny Longman and John Tessitore for the starting job this year.
