BC Lands Commitment From Kicker Ben Sauls

BC landed a commitment from Ohio kicker Ben Sauls on Tuesday. The 5'11 kicker is from Ohio, and recently tweeted that Boston College was his first offer. He went on Twitter to announce his commitment this morning

Sauls, a 2020 commit does not have a Rivals or 247 page as of this writing (this is not uncommon for kickers). Once he gets on campus in 2020 the Tipp City native will most likely battle Danny Longman and John Tessitore for the starting gig. Kicker has been a position that has really been challenging for Steve Addazio during his time at Boston College, as field goals have been shaky, and extra points have been anything but a gimme. Having depth at this position is definitely something BC needs.

We will be posting his highlight reel shortly, but just yesterday he had videos up where he drilled consecutive 50+ yard kicks.

Welcome to the Heights Ben!
