Kansas 28 Boston College 24: Eagles Defense Looks Lost At Half

Boston College is reeling as they struggling against the Kansas Jayhawks, trailing 28-24. The defense has been the story of the game, they have made Carter Stanley look like an NFL quarterback, after throwing an interception on his second attempt he has been nearly flawless going 13/15 for 165 yards and three touchdowns. The rushing attack of the Jayhawks has been deadly as well, rushing for 145 yards the first half including an 80 yard rush by Khalil Herbert with 30 seconds on the clock that eventually led to a TD pass.
BC's offense has done mostly what they have needed to do. Anthony Brown hit Korab Idrizi for a touchdown early, and CJ Lewis threw a razzle dazzle Philadelphia Eagles esque TD to Anthony Brown late in the 2nd. AJ Dillon and David Bailey have been effective as well.
But if BC's defense can't figure out how to stop Kansas, this is going to be an ugly end to this game. They have yet to figure out how to tackle, cover or get any pressure on Carter Stanley and this offense.
Let's see if they can adjust at halftime.
