Game Thread: Boston College vs. Virginia Tech, 4pm (ACC Network)
Boston College opens up the season at 4pm today as the Eagles face off against the Hokies. Can AJ Dillon and that Boston College offense grab some early momentum against a Virginia Tech defense that struggled last year. Or will the VT defense settle again under Bud Foster and force BC into a defensive slog. There are a lot of question marks for both programs, and we should start to see how they respond this afternoon at Alumni Stadium
