Earlier this summer BC Maven started a semi-regular video series entitled Eagles Who Could Soar In 2019. So far we have covered cornerback Brandon Sebastian, tight end Hunter Long and offensive tackle Ben Petrula. Today we are going to look at a play maker on offense, a weapon that I believe BC still hasn't fully utilized, wide receiver Kobay White.
