Boston College Football Recruiting: '21 LB Owen McGowan Commits To Eagles
Boston College has been red hot with their 2021 class, as they landed their second commit in the past three days. On Monday, they landed quarterback Jalen Kitna, and this afternoon Catholic Memorial (MA) LB Owen McGowan pledged (via Twitter).

McGowan, is considered the 8th best recruit in Massachusetts based on Max Preps, which is not a huge recruiting site. Rivals, 247 etc, do not have any information up on him yet, so he has no other known offers or a current star ranking. According to most recruiting experts, 2021 should be a huge year for local talent, so grabbing a player like McGowan is a great start. Hopefully he can bring his enthusiasm for the Eagles to some of the other recruits from the Bay State. Later tonight I will be posting his highlight reel, and you will see why there is a lot to like about this young player.
