Reporter 1:
Can you kind of take us through those two interceptions and what you saw?

Trevor Lawrence:
Yeah. Just the first one, I just misread it. They had a safety in the middle of the field and saw Amari kind of coming open. But this guy was real beat and honestly just didn't see him. But then the second one... I was looking for Tee. And I thought we kind of had a little bit of a window to give him a chance to kind of go up and make a play, but he got hit right when I threw it. And I thought it was PI, really. But still not a good decision. Should have checked the down at the back. They didn't drop eight guys in that play, so just checking out that Travis and let him run. I should have done that a few more times today.

Reporter 1:
When you have receivers like Justyn that goes up and makes the catch at the end of the half, is it hard to try to balance when to try to give those guys a chance and when to, I guess, check out?

Trevor Lawrence:
Sometimes it can be a little bit, you know. Just trying to take too much instead of just going through progression and checking it out. And I think that's kind of might have been what happened with that second interception. Just, if everyone's dropping just give Travis a chance and let him go.

Reporter 2:
I think you played really fast in the second quarter. Did you kind of feel like you got a rhythm there in the second quarter and what was that like?

Trevor Lawrence:
Yeah, I thought I got in a rhythm. And I guess I just wanted to keep firing, you know. I didn't want to ... just because I had two bad plays, let that affect the rest of the game. So just try to bounce back from that.

Reporter 3:
Talk about the touchdown pass to Justyn?

Trevor Lawrence:
Yeah. We had ... just looking at Justyn first, kind of first read. And he didn't get open. So then I went to Amari and Amari went out sideline, they covered him up. So I just scrambled. And there's only, I guess, probably at that point like 15 seconds left. So I saw Justyn come open in the end zone and then he was just kind of running all the way across, so he got into some traffic so I just put it up, knowing he could get it in the back of the end zone. And the receivers we have, they'll make plays like that. We've seen them do it all the time. So just try to give him a chance and if he doesn't catch it, then it's incomplete. But just giving him a chance to make a play.

Reporter 4:
What's it mean to you to have guys playing that believe in you, even if you had a shaky start like that?

Trevor Lawrence:
It means a lot, I think our whole team and offense just has confidence in one another and even if we do something bad, have a bad play here, you have full confidence that they're going to make the next play. It doesn't ever create any doubt. Whether it's me, a lineman, a receiver, a running back, whatever it is we're confident in each other. Everyone's going to make bad plays and it was cool how they really had my back.

Reporter 5:
You been good enough, do you think people almost maybe expect you to be perfect at this point?

Trevor Lawrence:
I mean, that's just like with everything. Yeah, I think people do kind of expect that. But I definitely do think I can play better, you know? It's not just that people expect me to play perfectly, it's not really that. That comes with any spotlight, just being a quarterback. People are going to have those expectations. But, you know, I do need to make some better plays as far as just being a little smarter than today. Take care of the ball better is something that I always want to work on.

Reporter 8:
How do you view the running aspect of your game?

Trevor Lawrence:
I've been happy with it. I think I've gotten a lot better at running the ball than I was last year. I think I'm a lot more effective and I add more of a dynamic as far as in that aspect. But I just want to do whatever it takes to win and to put us in a good position. So I think we kind of needed that a little bit today, just at some point. Just because they ... Travis had a great game. But on some plays they were stacking the box. So that gave us an extra hat, but yeah, just whenever I need to I'm willing to.
