The Phelps School (Pa.) junior Will Riley has reported interest from the Duke basketball program and fellow recruiting powerhouse Kentucky in the past few months. Nevertheless, the 6-foot-8, 180-pound forward, a newly minted five-star prospect, doesn't boast an offer from Jon Scheyer's Blue Devils or John Calipari's Wildcats.

Even so, Riley included both in the top 10 he revealed to On3's Joe Tipton. The other eight are Alabama, Arizona, Michigan, UCLA, and Villanova, plus three pro options in G League, Australia's National Basketball League, and the London Lions in the British Basketball League.

Riley, who ranks No. 21 overall on the 247Sports 2025 Composite and is averaging 26.9 points per game this season while shooting over 40 percent beyond the arc, summarized to Tipton the conversations he's had with members of the Duke basketball staff.

"They're obviously a great program," he noted. "It would be a good spot to be. They really like my game and how I play. I could go there and play behind and with a lot of other great players. They like that I have a high IQ and that I can read the floor at my size."

There's no word on when Will Riley plans to decide on his destination after high school.

Meanwhile, the Blue Devils' 2025 offer sheet, which has yet to yield either a commitment or rejection, consists of eight composite five-stars: guards Meleek Thomas, Cayden Boozer, Brayden Burries, and Jalen Haralson; and forward Nate Ament, Koa Peat, Caleb Wilson, and Cameron Boozer.
